What is the purpose of the processing of personal data?
The processing of personal data is an integral part of the business of almost every legal person, whether due to legal obligations or for the purpose of providing services. The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:

- operating a website, including the contact form, the ZENDESK CHAT plugin, Google Analytics tools, Facebook Pixel;
- direct marketing.
On what basis is the Company authorized to process personal data?
The Company is obliged to processes personal data:
- to comply with legal obligations (human resources, mandatory reporting, accounting);
- to comply with contractual obligations (management of bookings, user account management, human resources);
- to protect the legitimate interests of the controller (customer satisfaction surveys, camera system operation).
How does the Company protect personal data?
The Company in particular ensures that access to personal data is granted only to those employees who need it for their work and that the personal data does not fall into the wrong hands outside the organization. To this end, physical documents are always under the supervision of an employee, and access to electronic records is subject to strict security measures. The Company takes efforts to ensure that it only processes the necessary personal data.
Does the Company pass on personal data to other controllers?
The Company strives to minimize the passing on of personal data to other controllers. However, to comply with its legal obligations, the Company is obliged to pass on some personal data to state administration bodies.
Is personal data transferred to countries outside the European Union?
No. The Company does not transfer personal data to any third countries.
What rights do you have if the Company processes your personal data?
You can request a copy of all the personal data the Company processes about you at any time. If you find out that personal data about you that the Company processes is inaccurate, you can request its correction. If you believe that the Company should no longer process your personal data, you can request the deletion of your personal data. If personal data is being processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object and claim a higher legal interest in not processing your personal data. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of the exercise of your rights, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We would like to emphasise that you are at no risk from your employer if you exercise such rights. It is in our interest to process personal data legally and properly and not to infringe your rights. If you have doubts about our procedures, we will be happy if you let us know.
