From the position of insolvency administrators, crisis managers or representatives in disputes with other businesses or with the state, we always try to find and implement, if possible, consensual solutions since our experience is that this leads to the minimization of damages. Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are new fields seamlessly built on our previous activities, however, if necessary, we will be happy to offer dispute management where agreement could not be reached, including legal representation management during court proceedings.
